The Ontario Jr Reign is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the Jr Reign Ambassador fan engagement program. We are looking for members who want to become a part of the Jr Reign family and make our gameday experience memorable for our fans. We are also looking for dedicated individuals who wish to gain gameday experience, engage with a unique fanbase and support a winning franchise in Ontario.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
- Help guests and customers have positive memorable gameday experiences
- Answer questions, support event coordinators, escort special guests, direct parking measures, and aid ushers throughout the game day
- Arrive two hours before the game to coordinate and go over the day of tasks, stay after the game for wrap-up meetings and reflections
- Assist with all game day operation needs (ticketing, sponsorship, operations)
SKILLS FOR SUCCESS:
- Positive attitude with an energetic, outgoing personality with strong social skills
- Must be a detail-oriented team player. Your ability to project-manage, act tactically and problem solve are essential to this role.
- Must have the ability to multitask and handle multiple job duties at a time
- Be genuine, honest, and sincere with helping others and always put 100% effort into what you do with the Jr Reign
- Share your passion for Ontario and the Jr Reign with fans in attendance
- Knowledge about Jr Reign brand and background and the current roster of players
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- 18 years of age and older
- Valid driver's license, insurance, or reliable transportation required
- Consistent availability for the game schedule. MUST be able to attend 80% of the games
SPECIAL PHYSICAL AND/OR MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand on your feet for over 3 hours
